When it comes to the perfect carrot cake, I admit beeing very fussy: not too wet, not too dry ... my taste buds are hard to please :)
A few weeks ago at More Than Mode, I discovered the perfect carrot cake on a beautiful buffet packed with yummie goodies Melanie so lovingly made.
